Michael Donihee
Owner/Partner
Michael is a licensed general contractor and builder with more than two decades in disaster restoration and construction. Since 1999 he has held leadership roles with nationally recognized restoration firms, managing large-scale restoration projects, insurance-driven reconstruction, and complex residential and commercial rebuilds. He holds a bachelor's degree in business from the University of Alabama and a master's in construction management from Western Carolina University. He leads with a focus on execution, accountability and responsiveness when it matters most.
Bob Hoffman
Owner/Partner
Bob is a licensed general contractor and builder with extensive experience in residential construction and large-scale disaster restoration. He has led one of the premier restoration organizations in the Mid-Atlantic, overseeing high-volume project execution, team leadership and operational performance. Before restoration, he built a reputation as a high-volume home builder focused on craftsmanship, structural integrity and client satisfaction. He holds a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Maryland.
Together, Michael and Bob bring decades of disaster response, residential and commercial construction, and business management experience to Foundry Restoration, with industry certifications and contractor's licenses in multiple states.
